In the past 5 days we have averaged walking 20,000 steps, 8.8 miles/day and have worn out 6 pairs of shoes.
No, this is not an active lifestyle blog. We will not be discussing how to increase your step count, lose weight, become the person you were always meant to be, etc. This just serves to show how hard we work for our clients; buyers, sellers, investors.
Our team just got back from a 5 day stay in Las Vegas for the Keller Williams annual Family Reunion. It was an action packed week that left us all exhausted, drained and so so motivated to take our business to the 10x level. (If you do not know that book reference, go read 10X-Grant Cardone).
There is nothing quite like spending 5 days in breakout sessions, masterminds and networking opportunities to really boost your mind and your business. Our team was working hard all week to gain insight on how to serve our clients better, organize our business and build an empire.
We developed our 2017 business plan in September. Now that we are half way through the first quarter we needed a refresher. Have you planned your 2017? What is your vision? How have you progressed? Do you schedule time to recap and analyze your progress?
There’s nothing more important to us than serving our clients at the highest level. We have big goals for 2017 and need to have our priorities lined up in order to make it happen. This year, we want to help over 150 people buy, sell or invest in real estate. We want to be able to higher 2-3 more people and start expanding our business across Colorado.
How are we going to do that? How can we increase our business by 535% in one year? Does it seem untouchable?
How can you meet the untouchable goal you are dreaming of? Focus your priorities. Make your plan simple and achievable. Find ways to motivate yourself. Read a lot, watch educational videos, attend seminars and focus on educating yourself every step of the way.
